HAPPY FRIDAY!!! We are thrilled to announce our FIRST WICE Advisory Board of 2024-2025!!! Please help me by giving these women a full round of applause! Welcoming each of them to the team. What we are developing for 2025 is going to be epic!!!!!
WICE was created and founded in 2020. Many people know part of our story included signing our first hotel contract February of 2020 for the first event to happen September of 2020, but March of 2020, the entire world turned upside down with COVID.
We didn’t know what to expect, so we continued to promote our first event. By August of 2020, with our event set to take place the next month, it was still unclear if it was going to happen. I remember I got the phone call from the hotel I had signed my contract with while I was in ICU after having an emergency lifesaving surgery, whereby a section of my colon had been removed. The hotel was calling to inform me that I could still host my September 2020 event, but I would only be allowed to have 40 people. I shared with the hotel event staff that I had over 40 speakers, so that would NOT be a fit for us. So, we agreed to move our event to September of 2021.
If anyone learns anything from what we have done and continue to do, please NOTE, I will never give up on helping women in this industry. This industry doesn’t have a road map. There are extreme ups and business lows daily! It’s honestly part of being an entrepreneur but also part of being in a space where there hasn’t been full direct guidance. That can be scary, but I personally find that to be a beautiful challenge. NO road map, means, I get to thrive in my creative entrepreneur spirit and help other women shine in the process.
WICE, is still here five years later and we are coming out swigging for 2025! We had over 30 incredible women that applied to be on our WICE Advisory Board. Today we are excited to share with our readers, followers, fans, friends, business associates who was selected to be on our WICE Advisory Board Team for 2024-2025!
Each Woman’s role independently and collectively will be instrumental. Each of them will be announced in an individual substack, but today we wanted to announce everyone together. CHEERS TO THE WICE Advisory Board TEAM.

I want to personally again thank each and every one of the women who applied! Each of them are incredible women working in an industry that is difficult to be in. I commend them each on their strength and resilience.
WICE is going through groundbreaking changes. Over the next couple months, we are revamping and re-organizing for 2025! We hope you can join us, and well see you at the SOLD-OUT show in 2025!
